Open Tool

Load an existing drawing from your device or cloud storage. Open keeps your current drawing safe by warning about unsaved changes before replacing the canvas.

How to open a drawing

  1. Click Open
    Press the Open button from the toolbar or file menu.
  2. Choose source
    Pick Open from Device for local files, or Open from Cloud if you are signed in.
  3. Select your file
    Choose a compatible SVG drawing file. The app validates the content before loading it.
  4. Confirm replacement
    If you already have unsaved work, confirm the prompt first. Then the selected drawing is loaded into the canvas.

From Device

Open files from your computer, tablet, or phone storage.

From Cloud

Open files from linked cloud storage after signing in.
Tip: If you open files regularly, sign in so recent cloud files are faster to access.
Important: Opening a file replaces the current canvas content. Save first if you want to keep your current work.
